Indonesian law regulates that physicians might work in maximum three places. This policy results increased workload, which lead to burnout, affecting the quality care. review aimed explore how physicians’ workload affect healthcare Indonesia. We found most worked long hours due current allowing them medical centers. Vast majority of doctors Indonesia also had deal with abundant administrative works, especially since implementation Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN). Excessive work-related stress and job dissatisfaction, eventually physician’s burnout. All these poorer healthcare. One solutions is regulate only at one facility (Mono-loyalty). However, a careful consideration thorough preparation adopt this warrant.
